Production Spaces
Lambert Hofer offers production teams the opportunity to use dedicated spaces for the preparation and coordination of their projects. Many productions appreciate conducting costume fittings on-site and involving hair and makeup artists or camera teams in a focused, undisturbed setting. We are happy to accommodate individual requests regarding room equipment and layout.
Overview of Production Spaces
We offer four production rooms – “Kafka,” “Heribert,” “Monte,” and “Bruno” – in various sizes ranging from 47 to 200 square meters, tailored to the needs of various productions.
The rooms “Kafka,” “Heribert,” and “Monte” are available seven days a week from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. During this time, our parking area is available to clients free of charge.
Whether for costume fittings, readings, makeup tests, or pre-production photography – our rooms are versatile and well-suited for a wide range of uses.
They are bright, heated, and regularly cleaned. A washing machine, washer-dryer, tea kitchen, and facilities for costume aging are also available.
Clothes racks, shelving, tables, and mirrors can be used freely. We are happy to arrange the rooms according to your specific needs. Wi-Fi access is, of course, included.
Costume or makeup trucks can be parked on-site for an additional fee. More production spaces are currently being planned for 2025.
Monte: 50 to 200 square meters
Heribert: approx. 100 square meters
Kafka: approx. 145 square meters
Bruno: approx. 47 square meters
Rental Information
Rental prices depend on the duration and size of the room. For a customized offer, please send a brief inquiry to office@lamberthofer.at – we will get back to you promptly with a quote.
As a general rule, our spaces are rented on a weekly basis, but daily rentals are also possible depending on availability.
