Collection of Access Data
The Provider collects data on every access to the online offering (so-called server log files). The access data includes the name of the retrieved website, file, date and time of retrieval, amount of data transferred, notification of successful retrieval, browser type and version, the User’s operating system, Referrer URL (the previously visited page), IP address, and the requesting provider.
The Provider uses the log data without linking it to the User’s person or otherwise creating profiles, in accordance with statutory provisions, solely for statistical evaluations for the purpose of operating, securing, and optimizing the online offering. However, the Provider reserves the right to retrospectively review the log data if there are concrete indications of a justified suspicion of unlawful use.
Collection and Use of Personal Data
Personal data is collected and used by the Provider only if this is legally permitted or if the Users consent to the data collection. As a general rule, it is apparent to Users when using the service which data is stored, such as name, e-mail address, and message when using the order form.
The personal data provided for the purpose of ordering goods (such as name, e-mail address, address, payment details) is used by the Seller to fulfill and process the contract. This data is treated confidentially, transmitted encrypted, and not passed on to third parties who are not involved in the ordering, delivery, and payment process.
When contacting the Provider (via contact form or e-mail), the User’s details are stored for the purpose of processing the request and in case follow-up questions arise.
The Provider has implemented organizational, contractual, and technical security measures to ensure compliance with data protection laws and to prevent accidental or intentional manipulation, loss, destruction, or access by unauthorized persons.
Data Transfer to Third Parties
User data is only forwarded to third parties if this is legally permitted or if a User has consented to the transfer. This is the case, for example, if the transfer of data serves to fulfill contractual obligations to the User and the postal address is passed on to a shipping company after a shop order. Or if the data is requested by competent authorities such as law enforcement agencies.
The Users’ personal data is in no way sold or forwarded to third parties for advertising purposes or for creating user profiles.
Cookies
The Provider uses “Cookies” in the context of its online offering. Cookies are small files that are stored on the Users’ computers and can store information for the Provider. Temporary cookies are deleted after closing the browser; permanent cookies remain for a specified period and can provide the stored information upon renewed access to the online offering. Cookies are used on the one hand to facilitate the use of the service. For example, a cookie stores the shopping cart status of a User. The User can influence the use of cookies. Most browsers have an option that restricts or completely prevents the storage of cookies. The Provider endeavors to design the online offering in such a way that the use of cookies is not necessary. However, it is pointed out that the use and especially the user comfort without cookies will be limited.

If you contact us via web form or e-mail, your provided data will be stored with us for six months for the purpose of processing the request and in case of follow-up questions or orders. We do not forward this data.
Sending Information via Newsletter
E-mails with advertising information about the Provider and its services are only sent with the express consent of the Users. Users can object to receiving the newsletter at any time. An objection option can be found, among others, in every e-mail. Before sending the newsletter, the e-mail owner receives a confirmation e-mail in which they must confirm the newsletter registration. Unconfirmed registrations are automatically deleted at the latest within four weeks.
Messages in the context of the contractual relationship with the User do not constitute advertising information. This includes sending technical information, information on payment processing, follow-up questions on orders, and comparable messages. Users can subsequently request removal from the notification list by e-mail to the contact options specified above. In the context of registration, the Provider stores the registration and confirmation time as well as the User’s IP address. The Provider is legally obligated to log registrations in order to prove a proper registration.
